Set up an engaging Horse Livery Activity on Cavago platform with captivating information that connects a customer to book your service and off-board their horse to your facility for professional grooming!

 

How to Navigate to Your Activity Page?

 

  1. Log In to Your Host Dashboard

    • Access your host dashboard using your credentials.

  2. Go to the Activities Page

    • Click on the "Activities" button located on the left-hand side menu.

  3. Select Hourly Activities

    • By default, the page will open in the Hourly Activities section.

    • If not, select the Tickets or Tickets Beta tab to start adding your livery activity.

How to Create A Horse Livery Activity?

 

Step 1: Fill In Basic Details

    • Activity Name: Enter a clear and coherent name, such as “1-Day Working Livery ” or “Stallion Horse - Full Livery” depending on the service type.

    • Activity Category: Select Lessons & Clinics

    • Sub-Categories: Select additional relevant sub-categories if applicable (e.g., Full Livery, DIY Stabling).: 

    • Activity Description:

        • Make a detailed oriented informational description:

          • Mention the horse care procedure (e.g., the stabling process, shelter area etc).

          • Indicate the veterinary services experience of your facility (e.g. Horse championships, trained horses)

          • Livery level (e.g., Full Livery, Part Livery or Grass Livery).

          • Mention the livery experts and trainers (e.g., unique stabling methods, turnout areas, horse grooming and care).

          • Specify the horses you accommodate (e.g. Ponies, Mare, Stallion)

          • Add an FAQ and provide an insight on it (e.g Are horses with weak physical condition eligible for livery?).
    • Amenities (Optional):

        • Select any amenities available during the livery session, such as restaurant, Child Friendly spaces, or countryside facility.

Step 2: Riding Levels and Age Limits 

    • Riding Ability: For Horse Livery activity, choose "Suitable for all"

    • Group or Individual:

        • Select whether the horse livery is for one horse or multiple horses.

        • Define the minimum and maximum number of horses (for group).

    • Age Groups:

        • For Horse Livery activity, select "All ages"

 

Step 3: Set Pricing

 

    • Base Price / Person: Enter the cost per horse or per session for the horse livery activity.

       

Step 4:  Booking and Availability

    • Booking Method: Choose Subject to Confirmation if bookings require approval.

    • Activity Duration: Set up the horse livery duration (e.g., 2 hours or 4 hours).

    • Availability Scheduling: Select On an Hourly Basis.

        • Enter the number of available hourly slots (e.g., 1 per hour).

    • Availability Dates: Set the start and end dates for when the activity is available.

    • Availability Time: Define the daily time slots (e.g., 09:00 AM – 05:00 PM).

    • Unavailable Dates (Optional): Block out specific days or custom periods when the horse livery is not available.

 

Step 5: Add Activity Add-ons (Optional)

Apply existing add-ons or create new ones, such as equipment rentals or additional horse livery, DIY livery features.

Step 6: Configure Location Details

    • Activity Location: If the horse livery activity takes place at your main facility, select This activity is at the same location as my facility.

    • Address (Optional): Enter a specific address if different from your main location. Select the country and city from the dropdown menus.

Step 7: Save and Review

    • Double-check all the details you’ve entered.

    • Click Save or Publish to make your Horse Livery Activity live on your Cavago page.
