How to Schedule Each Day Separately

If you offer hourly riding activities that have different availability on every day, Cavago has a feature to help you do exactly that.

Navigate to Your Activity Page

1. Log In to Your Host Dashboard

   • Access your host dashboard using your credentials.
     
     

2. Go to the Activities Page

   • Click on the "Activities" button located on the left-hand side menu.
     
     

3. Select the Hourly Tab 

   • By default, the page will open in the Hourly Activities section.

   • Click 'Add Activity'

Note: A step-by-step guide on the right side of the activity page will assist you in setting up your hourly riding lesson.

Fill out all the important details of your hourly activity.

Step 4:  Availability and Scheduling

• • Availability Dates: Set the start and end dates for when the activity is available.

• • Activity Duration: Define the duration of the activity.

  • Activity Capacity: Mention how many people can book each activity slot.

    • • Break During Sessions: Add a break slot so that your calendar is proper.

Scheduling Pattern: Select 'Set each day individually'.

• • • • Go to the date your activity starts, and add your custom time slots.

      • If you would like to make two different blocks of time available, i.e., 9 am-12 pm, and then 4 pm-7 pm, add an additional block. 

      • We’ll work out the rest automatically, including any breaks you set between lessons. 

Optional Steps

Unavailable Dates: If you want to add a custom unavailability period, you can add it in this section.

Weekend & Seasonal Pricing (Optional): If your prices change on the weekends or depending on the month, you can add those prices here.

Add Activity Add-ons (Optional): Apply existing add-ons or create new ones, such as equipment rentals or additional features.

Prerequisites (Optional): Add any specific requirements from the customer.
e.g. Riders must have prior experience (e.g., basic trot and canter control).

Text Box (Optional): Shown after the location details, you can add a text box to ask a particular question from the customer. E.g., How many years have you been riding for?

Step 5: Configure Location Detail

• • Activity Location: If the lesson takes place at your main facility, check the box for 'This activity is at the same location as my facility'.

  • Address (Optional): Enter a specific address if different from your main location. Select the country and city from the dropdown menus.
    
    

Step 6: Upload Images

Add high-quality images that showcase your lessons, facilities, and horses

Step 7: Save and Review

• • Double-check all the details you’ve entered.

  • Click Save or Publish to make your Hourly Lesson live on your Cavago page.
