# Schedule Each Day Separately With Cavago

Published by [Kamila Wilson](https://blog.cavago.com/en/news/author/kamila-wilson) on Sep 3, 2025, 8:11:16 AM

Managing hourly riding activities just got easier. With Cavago’s latest update, hosts can now set custom availability for each day. That means you can open up mornings on Mondays, keep afternoons free on Wednesdays, and block out weekends entirely – all with just a few clicks.

### Why this matters

Every riding school runs differently. Some days are busier than others, and now your Cavago activity calendar can match your real-life schedule. No more workarounds or one-size-fits-all timing.

### How it works

This new feature lets you create **daily schedules that fit your exact needs**. You decide which hours are available each day, add multiple blocks of time if needed, and even schedule breaks between sessions to recharge. Cavago takes care of the rest, keeping your calendar accurate and easy to manage.

### Ready to try?

Update your activities today and give riders the most accurate view of your availability. It’s simple, flexible, and built to save you time.
