# How to Accept or Decline Bookings.

Managing your bookings efficiently is crucial for providing a **smooth and professional experience** for your clients. With the **Cavago Host Dashboard** and mobile app, you can easily **accept** or **decline bookings** in just a few steps.
### Step 1: Log in to Your Host Dashboard or App
- **Web Dashboard**: Log in to the [**Cavago Host Dashboard**](https://mycavago.com/bookings) using your credentials.
- **Mobile App**: Open the [**Cavago Host App**](https://blog.cavago.com/en/host-education-centre/how-to-login-to-your-cavago-mobile-app) on your device and sign in.
### Step 2: Navigate to Pending Bookings
- Once logged in, go to the **Pending Bookings** section to view all incoming booking requests.

### Step 3: Open Booking Details
- Click (web) or tap (mobile) on the specific booking to view its **details**, including the **date**, **time**, and **client information**.

### Step 4: Review booking details & update booking status
Within the **booking details**, review everything and click on **Booking Status** to edit the status

### Step 5: Accept or Decline the Booking
- **Accept**: Confirm the booking by clicking or tapping the **"Accept"** button.
- **Decline**: Decline the booking by selecting the **"Decline"** option.
- **Propose available slots:** If the booking time doesn't work for you, you can propose a new date or time to the customer.
