# Why Ayesha is the Design Powerhouse Behind Cavago

#### At Cavago, design isn’t just about looking good – it’s about making things *work* for our community.
Whether you’re a rider searching for your next adventure or a host managing bookings, every touchpoint needs to feel clear, informative and aligned with our brand. That’s where Ayesha comes in.
Since joining Cavago in February 2024, Ayesha has been the driving force behind the visual and user experience transformation of our platform.
As our Design and UX Lead, she’s helped shape everything from the first click on our app to the branding of our biggest event of the year. In just over a year, she’s made a measurable impact – and we think it’s time to shine a light on it.
# **The Spark That Started It All**
When Ayesha first discovered Cavago, it wasn’t just the product that intrigued her – it was the energy.
“I was drawn to the vibe of a small, ambitious startup with lots of potential,” she explains. “I saw an opportunity to carve out my own space and make a real impact.”
And that’s exactly what she’s done.

# **From Vision to Execution**
As the Design and UX Lead, Ayesha is involved in nearly every creative project at Cavago. Her work bridges the gap between functionality and beauty – creating not only eye-catching designs but also intuitive experiences that serve real user needs.
She oversees everything from digital UX and UI design to print marketing and event visuals. Whether it’s a host welcome pack or the onboarding flow of the app, Ayesha ensures each piece feels cohesive, on-brand and user-focused.

Let’s take a look at some of the major projects she’s led:
1. ### **Customer Onboarding Flow Revamp**
First impressions matter – especially in a digital product. Ayesha completely redesigned the onboarding experience for our customer app, identifying friction points that were causing drop-offs and creating a more intuitive flow. The result was a smoother, more engaging journey that boosts both conversions and retention.
1. ### **Admin Dashboard Redesign (In Progress)**
One of her most ambitious projects is the complete overhaul of Cavago’s internal admin dashboard – a tool used daily by our hosts and internal teams. Ayesha is leading this redesign to make tasks across departments more seamless, structured and efficient. The aim is to establish a tailored interface that supports real business needs behind the scenes.
1. ### **London International Horse Show Branding**
From concept to creation, Ayesha designed all the visual elements for Cavago’s presence at London International – including arena banners, our stand setup, interactive booth experiences, brochures and a range of digital assets. The result was a standout brand presence that turned heads and brought the Cavago experience to life.
### **…And So Much More**
Ayesha has also played a key role in the visual direction of our customer and host apps, advised on UI and UX decisions and led the creation of major branding materials – including our “Holidays with Cavago” identity, pitch decks and customized gift boxes for niche markets. Every touchpoint has benefitted from her eye for detail and user-first thinking.
# **Turning Challenges into Creative Solutions**
Working in a startup often means thinking on your feet, and Ayesha’s creativity shines brightest when resources are limited. When the tech team’s capacity is too full to build a feature from scratch, she finds smart workarounds that still elevate the user experience – without compromising quality or brand integrity.
Internally, she’s also streamlined design systems, created templates and developed standards that make collaboration across departments easier and more efficient.
# **So, What’s Next?**
Ayesha continues to shape Cavago’s design identity and digital experience with a bold mix of strategy and creativity. Her work is helping us grow not just as a brand, but as a *better platform* – one that truly puts people first.
