## **Building Confidence and Foundations Clinic**
If confidence slips between warm‑up and the centre line, this clinic meets you where you are and adds back the missing pieces:
**Personalised attention**
Targets *your* sticking points (rhythm, contact, suppleness, straightness, transitions).
**Foundations made simple**
Break movements into clean building blocks, then rebuild with feel and clarity.
**Connection first, collection second**
Clearer aids, steadier balance, and a horse that understands what’s being asked.
**Take‑home plan**
Specific exercises and focus points so progress continues after the clinic.
## A world‑class setup
Location: Bethersden (near Ashford, Kent).
Arena: Expansive, outdoor arena with premium footing.
Atmosphere: supportive, no‑ego coaching day.
Free cakes and drinks for riders and supporters.
### **Good to know (riders):**
- Heather is happy to ride your horse briefly to demonstrate a feel or unlock a movement, if helpful.
- Take‑home exercises you can repeat between sessions.
- If you’re bringing a young or sensitive horse, the mirrors help riders correct straightness without drilling.
## What riders say
“*Worked on my core balance and rhythm, and I feel it now… lots to work on and looking forward to strengthening myself and horse as one.*”
Rebecca McAllen
“*Always informative and takes time to make sure you understand… Happy to ride your horse to demonstrate a point.*”
Carolyne Murray
“*I send all my young horses to Heather to start their education, and they SHINE.*”
Nami Hawkes.
## Heathers Words
*“Whether you’re improving your connection or rebuilding confidence across the gaits, we’ll break things down, identify what’s really going on, and make progress you can feel.”*.
## How Cavago helps coaches **and** riders
**For riders:** a clear listing, secure online booking, and session details in one place—so the headspace can stay in the saddle, not in the admin.
**For coaches & equestrian businesses:** Cavago keeps logistics light—create listings in minutes, set pricing and notes (like arena hire), receive bookings online, and keep conversations tidy. When clinics fill, it’s simple to duplicate dates and grow a regular calendar.
